Our Process or How We Work
Step-by-Step Translation Workflow

1. Project Intake & Review

We begin by reviewing your source content, identifying target languages, and assessing the scope. We also ask for reference materials or glossaries, if available, to ensure alignment with your preferred terminology.

2. Choose the Right Translation Approach

Based on your project needs, timeline, and budget, we offer two main translation methods:

🔹 Human Translation (HT)

For high-accuracy, high-context materials like focus group transcripts, discussion guides, open-ended survey responses, or client-facing reports.

Process:

  • Translation by a native speaker with subject-matter expertise

  • Internal linguistic QA check

  • Optional client review or revisions

Best for:
✔ Qualitative research
✔ Final deliverables
✔ Cultural nuance & tone

🔹 Machine Translation + Post-Editing (MTPE)

For large volumes or tight deadlines, we use AI-powered machine translation tools followed by professional post-editing by a human linguist.

Process:

  • Initial translation using neural machine translation (NMT) engines

  • Reviewed and refined by a trained linguist for accuracy and tone

  • Final QA check

Best for:
✔ Quantitative surveys
✔ Internal use documents
✔ High-volume translation with time/cost constraints

3. Quality Assurance (QA)

Every translation—human or MTPE—undergoes a final quality review for consistency, terminology, formatting, and completeness. Our goal is to ensure your content reads naturally and maintains its intended meaning in every language.

4. Delivery & Follow-Up

We deliver clean, ready-to-use files in your requested format. Need changes or spot something post-delivery? We’re here to support quick revisions or clarifications.
